- Chargeman (Ammunition Workshop): Bachelor of Science degree with Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics, or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Chargeman (Factory): Bachelor of Science degree with Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics, or a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Chargeman (Mechanic): Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Production Engineering with two years of relevant experience.
- Scientific Assistant: B.Sc degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, or Oceanography with two years of relevant experience.
- Fireman: 12th class pass and a basic Fire Fighting course.
- Fire Engine Driver: 12th class pass, Heavy Motor Vehicle license, and specified physical standards.
- Tradesman Mate: 10th Standard pass and an ITI certificate in the relevant trade.
- Pest Control Worker: Matriculation or equivalent with knowledge of Hindi or a regional language.
- Cook: Matriculation with one year of experience in the trade.
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Matriculation or equivalent or ITI pass.
