Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Block Agriculture Officer (BAO): Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science (B.Sc. Agriculture) from a recognized university/institute.
- Assistant Director (Agriculture Engineering): Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized Agricultural University/Institute/Central University.
- Assistant Director (Plant Protection): Bachelor’s degree in Elective Plant Protection from a recognized Agricultural University/ Institute/ Central University.
Age Limit (as on 01/08/2023):
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 37 years
- Age relaxation applies to the reserved category as per rules.
Selection Process:
- Written Examination
- Interview
Exam Pattern:
- Subjects: General Hindi, General Knowledge, Subject-related (Paper 1 and Paper 2)
- No. of Questions: 400 (100 questions in each subject)
- Total Marks: 600
- Duration: 8 hours
