- Section Officer/Superintendent:

- Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and slide generation certified by the cadre controlling authority.
- Assistant:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Passed the computer proficiency test as prescribed by the Staff Selection Commission.
- Stenographer Grade-I:
- Graduate Degree from a recognized University.
- Computer proficiency.
- Skill test requirements:
- Stenography speed: 10 minutes @ 100 words per minute.
- Transcription: 40 minutes (English), 55 minutes (Hindi) on computer.
- Upper Division Clerk (UDC):
