• Assistant Engineer: Analogous post or 6 years regular service in Level 5 as Junior Engineer.
• Junior Engineer (Civil): Analogous post or Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years’ experience.
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): Analogous post or Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3 years’ experience.
