• Chairperson: Postgraduate degree in dentistry from any University or institutes of national importance with outstanding ability, proven administrative capacity, and integrity.
• Secretary: Postgraduate degree in any discipline preferably related to Dental or Public Health or Health Administration from any University or Institute.
• Part-time Members: Postgraduate degree in management, law, medical ethics, health research, consumer or patients rights advocacy, science and technology, or economics with outstanding ability and integrity.
• President: Postgraduate degree in dentistry from any University or Institute with outstanding ability, proven administrative capacity, and integrity.
