- MBBS from a recognized University.
- Only candidates who have completed or are likely to complete their Internship on or before the last date of application submission may apply, subject to the submission of a DMC registration certificate or acknowledgement required for appearing in the examination. A permanent DMC registration certificate will be mandatory at the time of joining if selected.
- Candidates who completed their Internship on or before May 31, 2022, are not eligible.
- Candidates who have already completed a Junior Residency from any government organization are not eligible.
