Walk-in Interview for contractual non-teaching positions 

ENGAGEMENT OF CONTRACTUAL STAFF

Suitable candidates are invited for a Walk-in-interview for the following contractual posts (purely temporary basis) for Placement Cell, Institute Innovation Cell (IIC), and Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Central University of Jammu as detailed below:

1. Assistant Training & Placement Officer

  • Age: 40 years
  • Qualification: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) with MBA. Preference will be given to candidates having requisite experience in the field.
  • Consolidated Salary: Rs. 35,000/-

2. Laboratory Assistant (Electronics & Communication Engineering)

  • Age: 35 years
  • Qualification: Diploma in Electronics & Communication with 3 years’ experience in laboratories, industry, and institute. Or BE/B.Tech. in ECE or CSE. Preference will be given to candidates having experiences of handling laboratories.
  • Consolidated Salary: Rs. 25,000/-

3. Laboratory Assistant (Electronics & Communication Engineering- Avionics)

  • Age: 35 years
  • Qualification: Diploma in ECE/CSE with 3 years’ experience in the field of Networking in industry/institute. Or BE/B.Tech. in ECE or CSE. Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of computer networking and website designing with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Consolidated Salary: Rs. 25,000/-

4. Office Assistant (Institute Innovation Cell)

  • Age: 35 years
  • Qualification: A bachelor’s degree from any recognized institute/University. Five years working experience in education Institution out of which two years’ experience in Innovation and Incubation Cell in University/Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies. Proficiency in Computer Operations.
  • Consolidated Salary: Rs. 40,000/-

5. Multi-Tasking Staff (Institute Innovation Cell)

  • Age: 30 years
  • Qualification: 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board. Five years’ working experience in Administrative Office in a University/College/Educational Institution.
  • Consolidated Salary: Rs. 20,000/-

Interviews to be held on 25.01.2024 in the Committee Room, Central University of Jammu, Rahya-Suchani (Bagla), District Samba – 181143, Jammu (J&K). Applicants are required to report at 11:00 AM as documents/application will be verified/submitted between 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon only.

Candidates may report for walk-in-interview along with their original documents, experience certificates, testimonials, etc., one photocopy of self-attested documents, CV / Bio-data, 02 passport size photographs, and duly filled application form.

The term of engagement shall be for 01 year initially which is further extendable as per performance. Candidate shall have no claim for extension or permanent appointment / absorption.
