Educational Qualification
- HR: Graduate along with MBA/PGP/PGDM (02 Years) in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
- Microwave / SPD: B.E/B.Tech Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
- MED / Mechanical: B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
- Civil: B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
- SSG: B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Computers/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- IT: B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Computer Science with minimum 55% marks.
- Metallurgy/ Materials Science/ Ceramic: B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Metallurgy/ Materials Science/ Ceramic Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
- ECE: B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with minimum 55% marks.
Experience
- Senior Manager / Manager: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience.
- Assistant Technical Manager: Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience.
- Deputy Engineer: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Graduate Engineer Trainee: No experience required.
