Educational Qualification:
- Junior Manager (Contract) (Design):
- First Class Degree in Engineering Design/Tool Engineering
- M.Tech in Defence Technology with specialization in Combat Vehicle Engineering (First Class)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Age Limit:
- Upper age limit: 28 years as of the closing date of application.

Salary Details
- Junior Manager (Contract) (Tech/NT): Rs. 30,000 per month
- Diploma Technician (Contract): Rs. 23,000 per month
