General Manager (GM): Masters Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Veterinary/Plantation/Food Processing/Food Technology/Food Science and Technology/Food Safety and Quality Assurance/Food Safety and Quality Management/Organic Agriculture/Organic Farming/Agriculture Economics/Agronomy/Foreign Trade/International Trade/Management Degree in Agriculture Business Management from a recognized University/Institution. Three years of experience in the aforementioned fields post acquiring the educational qualification.

Deputy General Manager (DGM):

• Masters Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Veterinary/Plantation/Food Processing/Food Technology/Food Science and Technology/Food Safety and Quality Assurance/Food Safety and Quality Management/Organic Agriculture/Organic Farming/Agriculture Economics/Agronomy/Foreign Trade/International Trade/Management Degree in Agriculture Business Management from a recognized University/Institution.
• Three years of experience in the aforementioned fields post acquiring the educational qualification.
